How much does the tool cost?

The tool is free for tracking a single portfolio. To access advanced features, you'll need to subscribe to a monthly plan.

How can I contact support?

Which cryptocurrencies are supported?

We support the most popular cryptocurrencies. However, it's also possible to manually add a cryptocurrency, which can later be integrated more broadly.

How are token prices synchronized?

Token prices are automatically updated every hour. However, custom tokens are not synchronized until they are approved by our team.

Why aren't my custom tokens synchronized?

Custom tokens are not automatically synchronized because they require prior validation by our team. Once approved, they will be included in automatic updates.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact our support team via the contact page, by email at contact@exceefy.fr, or on Discord.

Are my API keys secure?

Yes. The API keys you add must be set to read-only, which prevents any fund withdrawals. They are then encrypted and securely stored on our servers, and are never shared with anyone.
