Exceefy is an online tool for tracking, aggregating, and analyzing crypto portfolios: it lets you centralize your portfolios, view your performance in real time, and access analytics to help you understand your situation. These terms may be modified or supplemented at any time, so users are invited to review them regularly. The service is normally accessible at all times, but an interruption for technical maintenance may be decided by Exceefy, who will strive to inform users in advance whenever possible.
Exceefy is a portfolio tracking and analytics tool, not a financial advisor, broker, or custodian. We do not provide personalized investment advice and we never manage your funds. The analyses, scores, and recommendations displayed, including those generated by artificial intelligence, are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an inducement to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Exceefy provides a platform that lets you, among other things: connect multiple wallets and exchange accounts via read-only API keys, track the value of your assets in real time, import and export your transactions, receive personalized alerts, define strategies and goals, share a portfolio in read-only mode, and obtain AI-assisted risk analysis. Exceefy strives to provide the most accurate information possible, but some data (prices, balances, transactions) comes from third-party sources such as exchanges and price feeds; Exceefy cannot be held responsible for any resulting omissions, inaccuracies, or update delays.
Access to features depends on the chosen plan (Free, Plus, Max). Paid subscriptions are handled through our payment provider Stripe and grant access to the features described on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. In the event of a breach of these terms, access to the service may be suspended or terminated, temporarily or permanently. Billing, trial, and refund conditions are detailed in our Terms of Sale.
The website uses JavaScript technology and requires an active internet connection. Exceefy cannot be held responsible for material damage resulting from use of the service. Users agree to access the platform using recent hardware, free of viruses, and with an up-to-date, modern browser. Service availability may also depend on the proper functioning of the APIs of the connected third-party platforms.
Exceefy owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights to use all elements accessible on the platform, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, interfaces, and software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written permission from Exceefy. The data you import or generate remains your property.
Any unauthorized use of the service or any of its elements will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Exceefy cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage to the user's equipment when accessing the service, nor for indirect damages (such as loss of opportunity or loss of earnings) resulting from its use. Because Exceefy has only read-only access to your accounts and never holds your funds, it cannot be held responsible for any financial losses related to your investment decisions, errors or unavailability of third-party platforms, or the accuracy of the data displayed.
Investing in crypto-assets carries a high risk of capital loss. The information and analyses provided by Exceefy are indicative in nature and must not be the sole basis for an investment decision. We strongly recommend conducting your own research and, where appropriate, seeking independent professional advice before taking any action.
Exceefy only collects personal data to the extent necessary to operate the service and in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Details on processing, retention, and your rights are provided in our Privacy Policy.
When using Exceefy, the following may be collected: your first and last name, your email address, your IP address, your browser type and version, your operating system, the referring URL, and the data required to track your portfolios (read-only API keys, balances, and transactions). Connected API keys never grant access to withdrawing or transferring your funds.
