Terms applicable to the subscription, billing, and cancellation of paid plans on the Exceefy platform.
These general terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") govern the subscription to paid plans and access to the premium features of the Exceefy platform, available at exceefy.com. Exceefy is a crypto-asset portfolio tracking and management tool that lets users aggregate their wallets, view their positions, consult market data, and analyze their portfolio's performance. Subscribing to any paid plan implies the user's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. These Terms may be modified at any time; the applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.
Exceefy is a portfolio tracking and analytics tool. Exceefy does not provide any investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and does not constitute a buy or sell recommendation or a wealth-management service. The information displayed is provided for informational purposes only and cannot engage Exceefy's liability for any decisions made by the user.
Exceefy offers a free plan as well as one or more paid subscription plans. The free plan provides access to a limited set of portfolio-tracking features. Paid plans unlock advanced features and/or extended usage limits. The features included in each plan, along with the current pricing, are presented on the site's pricing page (exceefy.com). Exceefy strives to provide data that is as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, or unavailability originating from third-party data sources (quotes, market prices, on-chain data).
A paid subscription grants access, for the subscribed duration and on a personal basis, to the premium features associated with the chosen plan (extended multi-wallet tracking, advanced analytics, market data, transaction imports, etc.). Access is strictly tied to the user account and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to a third party.
Subscription prices are stated in euros, all taxes included, on the site's pricing page. Payment is made online by credit/debit card through our secure payment provider Stripe; Exceefy never has access to the user's full banking details. The subscription is billed in advance at the time of purchase, then on each renewal date according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). An invoice is made available to the user electronically. Exceefy reserves the right to change its prices at any time; new prices apply only to subscriptions and renewals subsequent to their entry into force, and the user is informed before any renewal at the new price.
The subscription is entered into for the duration corresponding to the chosen billing cycle and renews automatically for successive periods of the same duration, unless cancelled. The user may cancel the subscription at any time from their account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund, and the user retains access to the premium features until that date.
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the user, as a consumer, acknowledges that the subscription constitutes the supply of digital content with immediate execution: by activating their subscription and requesting immediate access to the service, they expressly waive their 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Furthermore, in the event of fraud, non-payment, abusive use, or breach of these Terms, Exceefy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice or refund.
Exceefy is provided "as is" and is accessible subject to service availability. Exceefy cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, financial loss, loss of data) resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, nor for interruptions related to maintenance, force majeure, or a failure of third-party providers (data sources, payment provider, hosting provider). Exceefy's liability, should it be established, would in any event be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the subscription over the preceding twelve months.
Crypto-assets are volatile and risky; their value can fluctuate significantly and you may lose all or part of your capital. The data, valuations, and indicators displayed by Exceefy are provided for informational purposes and may contain errors or delays. Any investment decision is your sole responsibility; we strongly recommend conducting your own research and consulting an independent professional advisor before any transaction.
As part of the subscription and the use of the service, Exceefy collects and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended. Processing is necessary for the performance of the subscription contract, for billing, and for the provision of the service. The user has a right of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection regarding their data, which they may exercise by contacting Exceefy.
The following data may be collected: email address, login identifiers (including the Discord or Google ID when authenticating via those services), billing data processed by Stripe, public wallet addresses and transactions added by the user, as well as technical data (IP address, connection data). Full banking details are handled exclusively by our payment provider and are never stored by Exceefy.
Exceefy owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights to use all elements of the platform (text, interfaces, graphics, logos, code, databases). Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited and may be prosecuted. The site may contain links to third-party sites whose content Exceefy does not control and for which it disclaims all responsibility. Use of the platform involves the installation of cookies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, audience-measurement cookies, under the conditions specified in our privacy policy.
